It is a modern CNC machine dedicated to the industrial sector, used for cutting sheet metal and profiles using a plasma torch. Its features include a durable structure made of the highest quality steel and aluminum, a large cutting range, the ability to cut elements of any shape and low process costs. High-class solutions used in production ensure reliable and safe operation. The material is cut in a short time, while maintaining the precision of detail reproduction. In order to obtain the desired shape, it is only necessary to import the file into the software, so operating this cutter is easy and intuitive.

DESIGN:
The frame of the plasma cutter was designed and made from scratch in our factory. The high-quality steel used to produce the machines is cut, then welded and precisely processed. The entire frame, gate and gate arms have additional ribs that allow for high stiffness and elimination of vibrations and deformations.

WORKING AREA:
The usable area of ​​our cutting machine is 2000 x 6000 [mm].

DRIVES:
Our cutting machines are powered by Servo AC motors with high resolution and power, which ensure appropriate acceleration and speed in particular directions. These are very dynamic and precise motors with feedback that guarantee no errors by constantly controlling operating parameters. Classic and proven helical strips operate in the X and Y axes, which ensure high durability and precision.

KNIFE TABLE:
The knife table is made using technology resistant to operation at elevated temperatures. This allows us to work continuously without fear of burns that prevent the material from being evenly placed on the work table. We can easily change the position of the scissors depending on the size of the elements being fired. A knife table is a great solution for cutting thicker materials.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is equipped with 2D Starfire CAD/CAM software. Various functions are available to the user, including: ability to import ready-made projects in vector formats: .dxf, .plt, .ai, .eps. The program ensures quick and precise development of cutting paths or the use of graphic part libraries (with the possibility of expansion), including commonly used basic parts for machining. It is compatible with popular nesting software such as IBE and FASTCAM. The machine is controlled using a controller that has its own processor and memory, which ensures stable and reliable operation. This controller has the function of returning to further operation after a power loss.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM

The plasma cutter is also equipped with an automatic lubrication system that minimizes the need for machine maintenance. The central lubrication system is a simple and functional device used to supply lubricant to places where machine and equipment elements come into contact.
