The nesting machining center is dedicated to companies that implement furniture production automation. The machine is used for cutting, vertical and horizontal drilling and the production of furniture fronts.
The 2030 ATC SEMI AUTO milling machine has a raster vacuum table with pneumatic sections, thanks to which the material clamping time is shorter. Positioning bases facilitate precise positioning of the material on the working field. The cleaning beam with a dust removal module prepares the surface of the work table for placing the material before the next cutting.
The given price applies to the basic version of the machine and may change depending on the configuration. Includes machine, delivery, installation, warranty and training.
DESIGN:
The frame of our plotter was designed and made from scratch in our factory. The high-quality steel used to produce the machines is cut, then welded and precisely processed. The entire frame, gate and gate arms have additional ribs that allow for high stiffness and elimination of vibrations and deformations.
DRIVES:
Our machines are powered by high-resolution and powerful Servo AC motors (4x 1000W), which ensure appropriate acceleration and speed in particular directions. The drive is transmitted through high-class planetary gears. These are very dynamic and precise motors with feedback that guarantee no errors by constantly controlling operating parameters. The X and Y axes use classic and proven helical strips, which ensure high durability and precision, and the Z axis is driven by a high-quality ball screw. All axes move on linear guides.
SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is driven by a strong, liquid or air-cooled, durable, brushless, high-class spindle. The spindle is equipped with high-quality bearings, very quiet and guaranteeing above-average durability. The spindle speed ranges from 6 to 24 thousand. rpm The power supply is provided by an inverter with overload protection, which has more power than the spindle, which protects against speed drops when working under heavy load. Depending on your needs, the machine can be equipped with electric spindles of various power from renowned companies, such as HSD or Hiteco.
LINEAR 6-POSITION TOOL MAGAZINE: (optional equipment)
The linear warehouse enables automatic machining. It is used in multi-tool machining. Additionally, it allows for faster and more effective work and helps eliminate operator errors. As standard in our machines, it is a 6-position magazine. It can be expanded to 16 places. Additionally, our plotters can be equipped with a revolver magazine, and the tool holders are standard: ISO30 or HSK 63F. By choosing a tool magazine, the price includes an ATC spindle with a power of 5.5 kW Hiteco, 6 ISO30 cones, a tool length measurement sensor, a Z axis clearance of up to 300 mm, and the extraction shoe is moved up and down pneumatically.
SOFTWARE:
The machine is equipped with the appropriate CAD/CAM 2.5D Ucancam software in the latest version in Polish. Extended modules allow you to create a project from scratch, i.e. from a drawing to a ready G-code interpreted by the machine. The software allows for simple and intuitive creation and editing of projects. The user has various functionalities at their disposal and the ability to import ready-made projects in vector formats: .dxf, .plt, .ai, .eps and bitmaps: .bmp, .jpg, .tiff, .png. The CAM module ensures quick and precise development of tool paths. Optionally, we have 3D Fusion 360 software, which contains a number of tools for complete work on the product in one environment. Its functionality includes, among others: solid modeling, Nesting module - arranging cutting patterns to minimize material losses. Our milling plotters are compatible with dedicated software for specific industries, e.g. COBUS, WoodLAB, ZW3D, Vectric VCare PRO and many others.
CONTROL:
The machine is controlled using a controller that has its own processor and memory, which ensures stable and reliable operation. The machine controller has active vector analysis functions, thanks to which the device operates smoothly. The controller has the function of returning to further operation after a power loss. The memory built into the controller allows the machine to operate without the need to load the program each time. The hand manipulator allows for precise control of the machine and allows the operator to quickly perform various activities.
Optionally, the milling plotter can be equipped with SIMCNC control - combined with a PC and the control software installed on it, it is an ideal system for controlling our CNC machines. This control ensures high dynamics and precision of movement. This means that the machine can be fast, precise and the machining process smooth. This shortens the processing time, extends the life of the tools and the mechanics of the machine itself.
VACUUM TABLE: (optional equipment):
The table is made using raster technology, thanks to the sections used, we can separate any part of the table using a seal. This allows us to adjust the work area to a specific detail. Together with the vacuum pump, it will ensure uniform suction of the material to the table. Optionally, the table can be equipped with a set of positioning pins - these pneumatically extendable bumpers enable quick and repeatable positioning of the material on the table relative to the X and Y axes at the same point. Our plotter can be equipped with a hybrid table - these are aluminum strips placed on the vacuum table, which expand the functionality and allow for mechanical fastening of the material.
VACUUM PUMP: (optional equipment)
The Busch MV 0312 B pump is a dry-running claw pump. They produce vacuum and compressed air using contactless technology in an efficient and economical way. This is possible thanks to the principle of internal compression in the design of the rotating centers. The gas is pre-compressed in the compression chamber and then discharged. Busch MV 0312B claw pumps provide significant energy savings and high efficiency.

OPTICAL GATES:
Optical gates - are used to increase the safety of operators and avoid accidents that may result in loss of health or life. This device designates a danger zone in which the operator should not be present while the machine is operating. When motion is detected, the gates automatically send a signal to the controller, which turns off the machine.
EXTRACTION FOOT:
The extraction foot is located next to the spindle and its task is to reduce dust and extract chips generated during machining.
CHIP EXTRACTION: (optional equipment)
The two-bag chip extraction system is a professional dust removal solution. ACWord FT400 extraction with a capacity of 4600 m3/h ensures the cleanliness of the station after processing. When choosing our chip extraction system, the control takes place from the control cabinet level, which contains a relay, appropriate overload protection and a flexible connection (extraction pipe).
