CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser has been designed and manufactured from scratch in our factory. The high-quality steel used in the production of the machines is cut, then welded and subjected to precision machining. The entire frame, gate and gate arms have additional ribbing, which allows for high rigidity and eliminates vibrations and deformations.
DRIVES
Our machine tools are driven by high-resolution, high-power Schneider AC servo motors (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, with 400W), which ensure adequate acceleration and speed in all directions. Power is transmitted via high-quality planetary gearb
oxes. The X and Y axes use classic and proven helical racks, which ensure high durability and precision.
HEAD
A liquid-cooled WSX head is used for cutting sheet metal. High-quality quartz glass lenses focus the scattered laser beam on the material being cut, ensuring high cutting accuracy. To ensure that the process runs smoothly, the HSU system adjusts the height of the head, taking into account any unevenness in the material. A protective window between the nozzle and the lens protects the lens assembly from molten metal splashes.
LASER SOURCE
The laser uses a Raycus Laser light source with high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and high beam quality. In addition, it allows for faster and more efficient operation and contributes to the elimination of operator errors. Furthermore, the source is resistant to backscattering, i.e., the return of the beam to the laser. Good power stability ensures effective operation with low energy consumption.
COOLING
S&A CWFL dual-temperature industrial chillers are specially designed for cooling fiber lasers. They have multiple alarm functions: compressor time delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarm.
REPLACEABLE WORK TABLE
The replaceable work table located at the rear of the machine minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table replacement takes only 10 seconds. This gives the operator time to remove the cut parts from the table and load a new sheet of metal while the laser is working on the other table. This system ensures very high production fluidity.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To keep the machine in good condition, the gears and guides must be lubricated with oil every few days at most. The automatic system activates lubrication at specified intervals and in the appropriate amount, and all parameters are set in the software.
