The 2030 Special milling plotter with a creasing machine and an oscillating knife is dedicated to the advertising industry, but it will also work great in the clothing, upholstery and packaging industries. These plotters are intended for: cutting, engraving, milling, cutting and drilling, as well as for three-dimensional material processing. They are dedicated to small and medium-sized industrial plants.
Thanks to the rigid steel structure, linear system and servo drives, the plotter is very precise and durable. The controller has an active vector analysis function, thanks to which the operation of the device is smooth and the error during processing is negligible.
The machine has an "Innovation Opinion", which makes it easier to finance the purchase from EU funds. The given price applies to the basic version of the machine and may change depending on the configuration. It includes the machine, delivery, installation, warranty and training.
DESIGN:
The machine's structure is made of steel and cast iron, which gives it high stiffness and resistance to overloads related to the machining process.
WORKING AREA:
The usable area of our machine is 2100 x 3100 [mm], and the entire work table, which is made using T-slot technology, takes up ~2200 x 3200 [mm].
Z AXIS RANGE AND GATE CLEARANCE:
The standard range of the Z axis is 200 mm (can be increased).
DRIVES:
Our machines are powered by SERVO motors ensuring appropriate acceleration and speed in particular directions. The X and Y axes use classic and proven helical strips, which ensure high durability and precision, and the Z axis is driven by a high-quality ball screw. All axes move on rail guides.
SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is driven by a strong, liquid-cooled and durable high-class brushless spindle. The spindle bearings are high-quality cartridge bearings, very quiet and guaranteeing above-average durability. The spindle speed ranges from 6 to 24 thousand. rpm The power supply is provided by an inverter, which has more power than the spindle, which protects against speed drops when working under heavy load.
SOFTWARE:
The machine is equipped with appropriate CAD/CAM software. The software enables quick and easy design of elements, which the program then converts into the so-called G-code. It is also possible to import ready-made files from other programs.
CONTROL:
The machine is controlled using a controller that has its own processor and memory, which ensures stable and reliable operation. The machine controller has active vector analysis functions, thanks to which the operation of the device is smooth and the processing error is small. The controller has the function of returning to further operation after a power loss, so there is no need to initialize the program again. The memory built into the controller allows the machine to operate without the need to load the program each time.
The machine equipment included in the price is:
- Creasing machine – a type of matrix or cutting die. It is used in particular in stamping and punching processes. It is particularly suitable for creasing paper to make it easier to fold, e.g. in the production of packaging.
- Pneumatic oscillating knife - moves in quick movements (up and down). It allows for very accurate cutting, ideal for complex shapes and small details. It works in both soft and harder materials.
- Vacuum table + Becker VTLF 2.250 vacuum pump + set of 5 material positioning pins.
- Tool magazine with 6 positions, 6 ISO 30 cones + ATC spindle with a power of 7.5kW Hiteco.
- SIMCNC control, control cabinet with computer.
- Occupational health and safety optical gates.
Tool magazine - an element of CNC machine equipment that enables automatic tool replacement during machining. Thanks to it, it is possible to perform complex operations without the need for manual intervention by the operator. The tool magazine can be linear or turret. The choice of the appropriate type of warehouse depends on the specific tasks and production requirements.
The vacuum table in a CNC machine is used for precise and stable clamping of the processed material using vacuum. Thanks to it, the need to use traditional mechanical holders is unnecessary, which allows you to attach delicate or thin elements without the risk of damaging them. This is particularly useful when processing flat materials such as MDF boards, plastics or sheet metal.
Oscillating and creasing head - these are elements of equipment that guarantee precise processing of various materials, such as cardboard, foam or plastics. Thanks to the oscillating knife, you can easily cut various types of materials, such as corrugated cardboard, bookbinding cardboard or plastics. The creasing machine allows for precise bending lines, which significantly facilitates the folding of packages without the risk of cracking the material.
Cutter cooling - fine oil particles sprayed into the machining zone to lubricate and cool tools and material. This technology reduces friction, protects tools against wear, improves the quality of processing and prevents overheating of elements.
Chip extraction system - used to effectively remove waste and dust generated during material processing. This ensures cleanliness in the work area, prevents the accumulation of waste that could interfere with the operation of the machine, and increases the safety and life of tools.
The size of the work table depends on the requirements and specifics of your production. The size of the table should be adapted to the dimensions of the processed elements and the type of processing. Larger tables allow you to process larger details or work with multiple elements at the same time, which increases efficiency. Choosing the right size of the table affects precision, ergonomics and optimal use of the work space.
Optical gates - this is an electronic security system used, based on light barriers. They consist of a transmitter and a receiver emitting a beam of light that creates an invisible protective zone around the machine's working area. Interruption of this beam, e.g. by the operator entering the danger zone, causes the machine to immediately stop. This system minimizes the risk of accidents by ensuring users are protected and comply with safety standards.
