FIBER CUT laser cutting machines are a revolutionary solution on the laser cutting market. Innovative fiber laser technology allows for much faster, more effective and cheaper cutting of sheet metal elements compared to CO2 lasers.

DESIGN
The frame of our laser was designed and made from scratch in our factory. The high-quality steel used to produce the machines is cut, then welded and precisely processed. The entire frame, gate and gate arms have additional ribs that allow for high stiffness and elimination of vibrations and deformations.
DRIVES
Our machines are powered by Schneider AC servo system motors with high resolution and power (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500w, z 400W), which ensures appropriate accelerations and speeds in particular directions. The drive is transmitted through high-class planetary gears. Classic and proven helical strips operate in the X and Y axes, which ensure high durability and precision.
HEAD
A liquid-cooled WSX head is used to cut sheet metal. Lenses made of high-quality quartz glass focus the scattered laser beam on the material being cut, ensuring high cutting accuracy. For the process to run correctly, the HSU system adjusts the head height taking into account the unevenness of the material. The safety window, which is located between the nozzle and the lens, protects the lens assembly against molten metal spatter.
LASER SOURCE
The laser uses a Raycus Laser light source with high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption and high beam quality. Additionally, it allows for faster and more effective work and helps eliminate operator errors. Additionally, the source is resistant to backscattering, i.e. the return of the beam to the laser. Good power stability ensures effective operation with low energy consumption.
COOLING
S&A CWFL industrial dual temperature chillers are specifically designed for cooling fiber lasers. They have multiple alarm functions: compressor time delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm and high/low temperature alarm.
INTERCHANGEABLE WORKTABLE
A replaceable work table located at the back of the machine minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table replacement takes just 10 seconds. This gives the operator time to take the cut elements from the table and load a new sheet of metal while the laser is working on the other table. This system ensures very high production smoothness.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To keep the machine in good condition, the gears and guides must be lubricated with oil at least every few days. The automatic system starts lubrication at a specified time and in the appropriate amount, and all parameters are set in the software.
