2030 ATC CNC Wood Milling Machine with Tool Magazine

Another machine from PG CNC – 2030 ATC – has joined the machinery park of a carpentry workshop specializing in the production of kitchen units, living room furniture, wardrobes, bathroom furniture and many other carpentry elements.

The new CNC milling machine is a versatile and precise device that will significantly improve the production process. The 2030 ATC model offers a working area of ​​210x310x30 cm, which allows for the processing of large formats. Equipped with a 7.5 kW Hiteco spindle and Leadshine AC 1000W motors, it guarantees high efficiency and work accuracy. The work table has a vacuum mounting system with positioning pins (6 pcs.) in the frame, which facilitates precise arrangement of materials. High efficiency is ensured by the Busch MM 1252 AV pump, with the possibility of expansion with an additional unit.

The control is carried out using the SIMCNC system, which offers intuitive operation and advanced programming functions. The milling machine is also equipped with a tool magazine with 14 positions and 6 ISO30 cones, which will allow for quick and automatic tool changing. Additional functions, such as a tiltable spindle (+/- 90°), the Hiteco TF.C.12V.4HR.2B drilling unit and 4 vacuum islands, make the machine extremely versatile and perfect for the implementation of even the most demanding projects.
