2.5. When you give consent, e.g., for sending marketing information. Consent can be withdrawn by you at any time, and data processed before the withdrawal of consent will still be processed lawfully.
3. Do you have to provide data?
3.1. Data collected based on legal regulations, such as for issuing an invoice or considering a complaint, must be provided. This includes, for example, your name and address.
3.2. There is data that must be provided when fulfilling a contract (depending on its type), such as your name, address, and PESEL number.
3.3. In the case of consent, providing personal data is voluntary.
4. How long do we store the data?
4.1. Data is stored as long as required by law or as long as there is a purpose for its processing, e.g., until consent for its processing is withdrawn.
4.2. Data is not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (i.e., outside the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway).
5. Your personal data rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You also have the right to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, in accordance with the detailed regulations contained in Chapter III of the GDPR.
