Warsaw Industrie Week fair – new products from PG CNC!

At this year's fair in Nadarzyn, we presented:
- 3D printer – new in the offer of the Polish CNC Group,
- Fiber 1530 laser cutting machine,
- ATC 1525 milling plotter.

3D Printer device with a working area of ​​3000x2000 mm with a Gamart head with a printing efficiency of 8 kg/h. It offers the possibility of printing with materials filled with glass or carbon fiber - depending on the customer's needs. The additive technology used significantly reduces the costs and time of producing molds for the automotive, shipbuilding and aviation industries.

1530 Fiber Cut laser cutting machine – designed for processing non-ferrous metals, aluminum, stainless and carbon steel. It is powered by Schneider AC servo motors, and sheet metal is cut using a liquid-cooled WSX head. A huge advantage is the replaceable work table, which eliminates machine downtime. The laser is characterized by high speeds, efficiency and exceptional cutting accuracy.

The ATC 1525 milling plotter is a precise machine designed for working with wood and wood-based materials, plastics, composites and soft metals. Equipped with a tool magazine, servo drives on all axes and a vacuum table. This CNC milling machine is ideal for professional production plants for intensive and precise machining.

We must also mention that our 3D printer was awarded a gold medal in the "Trade Fair Premiere" category! This is a great distinction for us and motivation for further activities!
