As a manufacturer of CNC machines, we know exactly what functionalities are key in packaging production. The requirements of this industry include not only precision and flexibility in processing various materials, but also the ability to quickly prototype and produce short and medium production runs – without compromising on quality.
The Special milling machine equipped with a V-cut knife, oscillating knife and creaser, with a vacuum work table. It is a comprehensive and versatile solution for the production of packaging made of corrugated cardboard, cardboard, foam or plastics.
Different materials are not a problem
Each material behaves differently during cutting. Corrugated cardboard is quite difficult to process – too much pressure can cause it to delaminate. Foams, on the other hand, are very delicate, and plastics melt at the wrong milling speed. A CNC milling machine with the right equipment can handle any of these materials.
Speed without compromising quality
Manual cutting can often take hours, and the results are not impressive. Automation reduces this time to a few minutes. What is more, each element comes out identical – both the first and the hundredth have the same parameters. Prototyping is accelerated to such an extent that samples can be shown to the customer on the same day. This is a huge advantage in negotiations – the competition is still preparing their offers, and you already have ready-made samples for presentation. Importantly, short and medium series are produced just as efficiently as individual prototypes.
Technical support and training
In the packaging industry, you need a machine that can handle a variety of materials, from foam to corrugated cardboard. Our CNC milling machine will produce displays, premium packaging and folding boxes on a single detail. Each element will be identical, and you will save time on changing parameters. We will also train your team in how to use the machine and configure it to your needs.
